At DeSoto Designs, every artwork is produced with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is created specifically for your order, we take pride in delivering museum-quality fine art that arrives ready to enjoy and collect.

Production & Processing

All artwork is made to order.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for printing, framing (if selected), quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated transit times are:

  • 5–10 business days

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary by destination

  • Customs processing may affect delivery schedules

Most orders arrive within approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Complimentary Shipping

Many framed Companion Collection artworks include complimentary shipping within the United States.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information whenever available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Packaging & Protection

Each artwork is professionally packaged to ensure safe arrival.

Depending on the size and format ordered, artwork may be shipped using:

  • Protective archival sleeves

  • Reinforced shipping tubes

  • Protective corner guards

  • Custom packaging materials

  • Secure framed artwork protection

Every effort is made to protect your artwork throughout transit.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local government.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all artwork is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering errors made during checkout

Please review all artwork details, sizing information, and framing selections carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Artwork

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photographs of the damaged artwork

  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we will work quickly to arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your shipment appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after shipment, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue whenever possible.

Color & Display Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly between screens and printed artwork due to differences in monitor calibration, device settings, and printing processes.
